NGC7691

NGC7691 is a faint SBbc type galaxy in Pegasus of 13.9 magnitude.
Size: 2.10' x 1.6' arcmin

I have found only one other amateur image on the net for this galaxy. There are SDDS and STScI Digitized Sky Survey images available with the SDSS image clearly displaying a few faint background galaxies listed in the PGC/Leda catalog. You can see these as faint smudges in my image.

The NED database lists NGC7691 at a distance of 52.8 (Mpc) or 172 (Mly).
